Saturday Survey

So we have an eggperiment for you. While Baxter was researching egg incubation, he came across a science experiment some children had done. They had taken eggs from a grocery store and incubated them to see if any would hatch. They ended up having a few hatch from the couple dozen of eggs. So, we decided to try the same thing. We got 1 dozen brown eggs from Fresh Market, and 2 dozen eggs from Whole Foods (one white and one brown) - all of which have been refridgerated. We have had them in the incubater for 10 days. Tomorrow we will do a process called "candling". We place the eggs over a hole in a box with a lightbulb in it to see if there is any life inside the egg. You can see the heartbeat and veins inside the eggs at the 10 day mark. Any egg that does not appear viable at this time, then we get rid of them. So, if you want to weigh in on how many of these eggs you think will be fertilized, then comment on this post. I will post tomorrow how many we see to be fertilized.
